CD40 是腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族（TNFRSF）成員，作為免疫調(diào)節(jié)的關鍵分子，廣泛 參與 B 細胞活化、抗原呈遞細胞（APC）成熟及 T 細胞免疫應答。其配體 CD40L（CD154） 主要表達于活化的 T 細胞，通過 CD40-CD40L 互作橋接先天性與適應性免疫，是治療、自身免疫病及感染性疾病的熱門靶點。 | |
