T細胞活化抗人CD3單克隆抗體（Functional，clone: OKT3）可以與TCR復(fù)合物結(jié)合，激活T細胞。SAFIRE(Sodium Azide Free Immensely Reduced Endotoxins) 類產(chǎn)品是BioGems品牌下的功能性抗體產(chǎn)品。
T細胞活化抗人CD3單克隆抗體的克隆號是OKT3。OKT3單克隆抗體特異性結(jié)合T細胞的CD3/TCR 復(fù)合物（T lymphocyte antigen receptor，T細胞抗原受體）的ε 鏈。CD3復(fù)合物包含γ, δ, and ε三條鏈，是TCR復(fù)合物的一部分，所有成熟T細胞都會表達。CD3可以增強信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的抗原識別。

產(chǎn)品原液保存在4°C。不能冷凍。單克隆抗體經(jīng)過親和層析純化。內(nèi)毒素水平：蛋白質(zhì)小于0.01 EU/µg，鱟試劑檢測法。
T細胞活化抗人CD3單克隆抗體英文版說明
The OKT3 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with the ε chain of the CD3/T lymphocyte antigen receptor complex. The CD3 complex contains γ, δ, and ε chains, and it is part of the TCR complex, expressed by all mature T lymphocytes and by the thymocyte lineage. CD3 enhances the antigen recognition by signal transduction.
The OKT3 antibody is an immunosuppressive, which has proven to be an effective therapeutic agent in liver, heart, and renal allograft rejection.
Preperation: The product should be stored undiluted at 4°C. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography. The endotoxin level is determined by LAL test to be less than 0.01 EU/µg of the protein.
Formulation: Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ph7.2.
