表型組學是在基因組水平上系統(tǒng)研究生物或細胞在不同環(huán)境條件下所有表型的學科。近年來，隨著高通量植物表型測量技術的快速發(fā)展，植物表型組學研究獲得快速發(fā)展。結合基因組學、生物信息學和大數據計算，植物表型組學將極大地促進功能基因組學和作物分子育種與栽培的進程。為了促進廣大科研工作者和育種家加深對植物表型組學和表型技術的深入了解，中國遺傳學會表型組學專業(yè)委員會、中國科學院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學研究所定于2017年12月1-4日在北京召開全國植物表型組學研討會。會議將邀請國內外表型組學相關領域具有重要學術影響的專家學者進行學術報告。
此次會議的主題為：植物表型組學研究促進作物分子育種。會議將交流植物高通量表型測量技術、基因組學與表型組學關聯(lián)研究、植物表型組學應用領域的研究進展。希望通過此次會議促進植物表型組學領域的研究，整合有效資源，同時促進相關研究設施和平臺的建設。
作為大會協(xié)辦單位，乾菲諾攜手德國LemnaTec公司鼎力支持本次研討會，并安排有植物表型、生理生態(tài)、農業(yè)物聯(lián)網講座及相應的產品、技術展示。誠摯邀請您參加本次會議。
